Payment policies:

WEB rate: payment by cash or credit card upon arrival. In this case, a pre-authorization will be made on the credit card communicated by the guest in the amount of 50% of the total amount of the stay.
Non-Refundable: withdrawal of the full reservation amount at the time of booking from the credit card disclosed by the guest at the time of booking.

Cancellation policies:

WEB rate:
a. Cancellation within 7 days of arrival = no penalty;
b. 50% of the total amount of the stay will be withheld for late cancellations;
Non-Refundable: no refund.

Guest registration according to Ref. c.1,2 art.109 T.U.L.P.S. – artt. 1,2 D.M. 07/01/2013:

Upon arrival, a government-issued and valid identity document will be requested for each guest in order to allow registration according to current Italian laws. Minors must be accompanied by at least one of their parents or have authorization signed by them.

Municipal Tourist Tax in the Municipality of Polignano a Mare:

The tax is Eur 2 per night per person for a maximum of No. 6 overnight stays. Guests under the age of 14 are exempt. The tourist tax must be paid in cash upon arrival at the reception desk, which will issue a receipt within its own invoice/tax receipt.

Problems in the rooms:

For any issues encountered upon arrival, guests should immediately contact the front desk, which will make every effort to resolve such issues as soon as possible.

Check-in:

rooms are available from 15:00 hours. Please kindly inform us in advance of your expected arrival time or any delays. In case the arrival time is not communicated in advance, check-in will be available from 15:00 to 20:00.

Check-out:

By 10:30 a.m. Special late check-out requests must be communicated to us in writing and receive our approval.

Pets:

Pets cannot be allowed under any circumstances.

Smoke:

Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms.

Child safety:

Children and minors must ALWAYS be supervised by their parents and throughout the duration of their stay. Under Italian laws, children are ALWAYS the full responsibility of their parents.

Relax:

is located in the Musae Relais & SPA facility located in the center of Polignano a Mare at Via Giacomo Matteotti, 26 open from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. daily. In order to take advantage of it outside the designated hours, please contact the staff in advance. Meals and drinks are not allowed inside the relaxation center.

Breakfast:

can be served free of charge in the room. In order to improve our service, we ask you to inform us in advance of any food allergies and/or intolerances.

Bike rental:

it is possible to rent bicycles free of charge on site upon request, as long as they are returned in top condition (any damage must be promptly reported).

Shuttle to and/or from the airport:

can be arranged upon request and at an additional cost.

Early departures:

any changes must be communicated in a timely manner prior to arrival; If guests decide to leave before the scheduled date, no refund will be made for unused nights.
